Cancellations & Substitutions:
Reservations may be canceled in writing without penalty up to January 24, 2012. Cancellations made after this date will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Substitutions may be made at any time up to the start of the conference. Sharing of attendance passes is prohibited (one pass per person). Non-attendance without notification will result in a registration fee forfeiture.
